Sketch with Circles

This week Tracy has a beautiful sketch that highlights circles. I am not usually a "circle" girl but this sketch is really fun to work with. Here is a photo of it:
As you can see there are great possibilities! You will be able to see the project that the design team came up with by going over to the blog.  There you will also find all the rules for joining in the fun and the link for adding your card so we can see it!  I hope you will join us this week with your ideas and imagination, I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

SCH's beautiful Ephesians 2:9 verse is surrounded by Webster's Pages, a graphic from the Graphics Fairy and other papers including "mariposa" by DCWV.

I also used my circle nestibilities, a MS punch and a gold doily from Ben Franklin. I can't remember where the pearls came from but this is the last of them. I hope to find some more somewhere! :)

Thanks so much for stopping by this very busy weekend. May your Easter be blessed with God's love.

The Resurrection-John 20:1-10
1 Early on Sunday morning, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb and found that the stone had been rolled away from the entrance. 2 She ran and found Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one whom Jesus loved. She said, “They have taken the Lord’s body out of the tomb, and we don’t know where they have put him!” 3 Peter and the other disciple started out for the tomb. 4 They were both running, but the other disciple outran Peter and reached the tomb first. 5 He stooped and looked in and saw the linen wrappings lying there, but he didn’t go in. 6 Then Simon Peter arrived and went inside. He also noticed the linen wrappings lying there, 7 while the cloth that had covered Jesus’ head was folded up and lying apart from the other wrappings. 8 Then the disciple who had reached the tomb first also went in, and he saw and believed—9 for until then they still hadn’t understood the Scriptures that said Jesus must rise from the dead. 10 Then they went home.

Oh Donna this is magnificent! I love all your layers under the circles - it just adds so much interest. All the gold accents make this so regal - do you achieve that on the edges with a gold marker? I'm going to have to find some gold doilies because they are beautiful too. A fabulous card once again Donna - you have such special talent and creativity. Happy Easter my friend.
Hugs,
Sharon :)
