"You've got the cutest little baby face!" The theme is not mandatory..just have fun and make some creations! Hello and welcome back to Round 17 of the Progressive Freebie Challenges, second to last challenge of the Third Series of Progressive challenges. For you seasoned players, the rules remain the same, and for those of you who have just joined us, keep reading, cuz besides the freebie digis that have so generously been provided by the artists, there is a prize at the end of Round 18.
