A SCH Sketch Challenge!

A very good Saturday morning! As you read this I should be making my way across the country to visit and baby sit my two grandsons! Hooray! Their Mom and Dad are off for a very special vacation and G-Mom (that's me) must be the responsible adult while they are gone. This could be a real shocker to my two boys, G-Mom is the fun lady that gets on the floor to play or plays whatever games the guys can come up with. *sigh*  There goes my reputation!! :)

Tracy (our fearless leader) has a sketch challenge for the design team this week. I don't mind telling you this was great fun but for some reason I had a heck of a time coming up with the papers to make this image stand out. Any ole paper could have been used and the image would stand on it's own but I got just a bit "anal" about it. LOL  In the end I think it all came together OK, what do you think?  First here is the sketch:

I flipped my card but I think you will recognize the sketch!!  This is the "Swirly Tree", what a particularly gorgeous image! You can get this image along with many other images by going over to the Sugar Creek Hollow store.

There is a great selection of vintage style images to chose from each more beautiful than the last. Have some fun and go shopping, the prices are very, very reasonable!

Don't forget to check out all the team's cards and or projects, I promise you will be oohing and ahhing all over the place!

Hi Donna!

I hope you have a great time with your grandsons - lucky boys, not only do they have a grandmother that cares but one that also will play with them! Not all little kids are that lucky!

Your card is as always Drop dead gorgeous Donnastyle! The bir rose and the shiny ribbon is amazing.
